Outgoing Chairman's Remarks
Edward C. Brown, Rocky Mountain Capital Partners LLP, closed out his year as Chairman of NASBIC's Board of Governors during the Annual Membership Business Meeting on October 15. Noting the record-setting attendance of nearly 450 industry professionals, Brown said, "Part of the reason for the increased attendance is the growth of the SBIC program, but also I think it is the determination of the industry not to let the events of September 11 deter us from the objective of supporting small businesses in America."
