Presentation of Colors
Four members of Washington, D.C.'s Dunbar Senior High School Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps presented colors at the Annual Meeting's opening ceremonies, while herald trumpeters Matthew Ball and Todd Taylor performed the National Anthem. Standing behind the color guard are members of NASBIC who had served in the U.S. Armed Forces.
